MUSEU CONFITURA, S.L (hereinafter, the “Company” or “MUSEU”), as the controller of the website www.museuconfitura.com (the “Website”), provides users with this document in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users of the Website of the terms of use.
Any person who accesses this Website assumes the role of user, undertaking to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.

This Legal Notice governs the access and use by Users of the Website and aims to inform about the services and products of MUSEU, as well as allow general access to all Internet users.
Accessing and using the Website does not require a user account, although users are given the option to create a profile to manage their purchases.
