Jam Museum
The Jam Museum is an artisan workshop for gourmet jams and preserves with more than 20 years of history.
It opened its doors on July 24, 2004 in Torrent, a charming cobbled village in Baix Empordà.
Its founder, Georgina Regàs (1932-2022), a cook, writer and key figure in the recovery and dissemination of traditional Catalan cuisine, turned the Museum into a reference in the world of jams, marmalades and jellies.
In April 2017, Georgina handed over the business to Juan (1951-2023) and Maria Regás, father and daughter who, by a twist of fate, share the same surname. They, like Georgina, entered an unknown world that they fell in love with.
Today, Maria Regás runs the business. And, together with production manager Teresa Millàs and the same team, we continue the Jam Museum with the aim and desire to create the most exquisite and surprising jams and marmalades that nourish not only the body, but also the soul.

OUR VALUES
- Commitment to premium quality: We make premium quality jams, marmalades and jellies, without preservatives, colourings or any other chemical products; choosing only natural, top quality and locally sourced ingredients.
- Craftsmanship in every step: We select and prepare the raw materials manually, and cook in small quantities, respecting the timing of each jam.
- Own and national manufacturing: all our products are made by us and in our workshop.
- Variety: We have more than 150 flavors, from the most classic ones like bitter orange to the craziest ones, like zucchini and wasabi.
- Sustainability: We seek out fruits and vegetables of ancient and little-known varieties, not only for their deliciousness, but also to preserve plant diversity and heritage. Try our Buddha's Hand jam.
- The Empordà: a unique environment where nature, history, gastronomy and culture intertwine. Its landscapes combine the wild beauty of the Costa Brava with gentle vineyards and charming medieval villages, such as Torrent, where we cook every day.
- Socially responsible: our team is made up of women over 40 years old. We are advocates for senior talent!
- Transparency: We share the secrets hidden in our jam jars through training workshops and the publication of books.
